How Long does it take to process my order?

We typically ask for up to 3 business days to process your orders. During the holiday season, heavy demand can extend that time to up to 5 days.

Please note: during Chinese New Year (Feb 16th - Feb 31st) we may experience some longer delays since almost all factories in China are closed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Some of the orders being shipped from the US, some of the orders being shipped from Europe and some of the order are being shipped from China.

If you are in the United States, you can expect your order to take 5 - 26 business days to arrive, depends on the item you purchased. International orders range should be similar. An average wait time is up to 3 weeks.

Please note: we are having FREE SHIPPING policy. In case you would like to expedite your shipment, please contact us after purchasing and we will take care of it. Bear in mind that that international shipments can be very expensive when expediting.

I did not receive a confirmation email after submitting my purchase. Is something wrong? 

Your confirmation email should be automatically sent. If you do not see it right away, please double check that the email you used is correct, and check your SPAM filter. Sometimes our messages can get caught in there. If you have verified that it is not in your SPAM and that the email is correct, please contact us and we will get it straightened out right away.

Does my order come with a tracking number? 

In order to save you money on your shipped items, we do not always ship them out in the same box. Because of this, we do not usually have a tracking number for your items, however, everything that we ship is fully insured. If one of your items is missing, we will be glad to replace it at no charge.

Which courier service will be delivering my order? 

Inside of the USA we ship by USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex. Internationally, we depend on our fulfillment centers to choose the best possible service to get your packages there. That means we can't always predict what courier service you will have for your packages.

I ordered several items during my purchase but only received one. What is going on? 

In order to enable FREE SHIPPING policy, we don't always ship your order together. We work hard to find the best rates so we can keep the FREE SHIPPING policy and still stay profitable. This sometimes means your items will ship one at a time from different fulfillment centers.

What if I am not home when my order arrives? 

Your order can be received by anyone in your house. If no one is home, your courier will usually leave a message at your door letting you know the package could not be delivered. If this is the case, you can usually receive it at your local post office instead.

Will I have to pay any tariffs or custom tax for my items?

We typically mark the price of your items as extremely low, or as a gift in order to help reduce tariffs and customs tax. In some places, these can be prohibitively expensive depending on what country they are going to.

Why am I getting a $9999 shipping rate? 

This is typically an error due to your shipping address. In the UK, PO boxes need to be registered for it to work, and in Hong Kong, certain items are not available.

Anyway, since we are using FREE SHIPPING POLICY, most likely you won't encounter this.

I want to change my order or address 

While it is best to double check the information on your order before completing it, we understand sometimes mistakes happen. If you realize there is a mistake and need to make a change, please email us right away and we will do our best to assist you. If the order has already been shipped, it is too late to change the order. You can, however, return the item and we will send you a new one right away.
